WHY STEPHEN TURNER INC. DOES WHAT THEY DO
Stephen Turner, who is the CEO of Stephen Turner Inc ironically, and my mentor best explained building commissioning to me like this. Our team is the mediator between the investors & buyer and the construction teams. We are there to ensure the the construction team knows what the expectations are from the buyer. We specialize in making sure that which ever piece of equipment(s) or components such as lighting, HVAC, or the controls are all properly installed and/or ensuring that the building automated systems are ordered, delivered, and installed with no bumps bruises or problems. After the construction process is finished and the building back in business, we used specialized online software to monitor and track the equipments efficiency and to ensure that their output quality is up to par. Making the client confident in our work and guaranteeing exceptional work.
